The final NYFW look I want to share with you is a floral dress from Tory Burch that I absolutely adore. The print itself is very pretty but the unexpected pleating on the sides really takes it to the next level. I never imagined that a dress with butterflies would look so, well, legit, but there you go. The prints on the dress are almost accessories in themselves so I kept it light on the bling bling. I wore nude heels (I packed like six other pairs of heels but these ones won out almost every day in New York), a red bag to keep the colour palette consistent, and a little bit of bling in the form of my fabulous two-finger ring (which makes me think of brass knuckles every.single.time!).
The Noon by Noor Spring 2015 show was beautiful. It was filled with styles I wanted to wear, which isn’t often the case with runway styles. I’m still thinking about the fresh spring colours, the pretty 3D blooms, the effortless and weightless silhouettes, and a stunning sparkling shift dress that had me thinking about New Years – I’ve always wanted to go to Punta del Este to celebrate.
This concludes my NYFW outfit posts. NYFW was a one of a kind experience, and the best part, without a doubt, was the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends, some whom I met truly for the first time but most of whom I’ve “met” online and finally had the pleasure of meeting in person. You can see my previous NYFW outfits here: 1, 2, 3. Which one is your favourite?
