Amidst all the glamorous holiday outfits on Instagram and Pinterest I’d like to present my winter #ootd.
I normally can’t stand going Boxing Day shopping in stores, but ever since my family started spending Christmas in Whistler, we’ve been going to the super charming Whistler Village on Boxing Day to browse the shops (here’s a photo of my dad carrying my shopping bags :P). After picking up a ski/snowboard base layer set from Helly Hansen of a wool top and bottoms I’ve worn them around the house in Whistler, to bed at night, then the next day without taking them off (TMI), in Tofino, then just the top since leaving my pants in Tofino, opps. The top keeps me warm under my soccer jersey for frigid outdoor games, I love it. I also bought the same set in purple, so I can still be a matchy matchy ski bum while I wait for my bottoms to arrive in the mail from the hotel.
