I love HBC stripes and I’ve wanted an iconic HBC blanket for a while. I looked through all the options and when I saw this HBC pompom blanket with super soft pompoms and some wool (essential for warmth), I had to get it! I also immediately knew I had to do a photoshoot with it in the snow! Damon and I spent several days in Whistler right after Christmas and it was the perfect mix of skiing, resting, binge-watching the Crown, and cabin-life-ing. We took these photos next to Nita Lake Lodge. I was reminded that I haven’t posted these photos yet because Vancouver is snowing like crazy right now! I bought Damon nearly everything he’s wearing in these photos. The newest item is his Ludlow topcoat in Italian wool-cashmere with Thinsulate from J. Crew that I gave him for Christmas this year. I love a nice wool coat on a man. I also got him the sweater and waterproof suede boots.
