I am very excited to introduce you to the Jenny dress, a dress I designed in collaboration with one of my favourite brands, MM.Lafleur.
If you are a regular reader of my blog you may have noticed that I wear their dresses on frequent rotation. If you haven’t heard of MM.Lafleur, the brand is, simply put, the working woman’s dream. I love the brand as both a professional woman who wants to project a confident and capable image at work and as a fashion-loving woman who simply wants to look beautiful. Looking professional should never come at the price of feeling beautiful.
MM.Lafleur elevates a typical corporate wardrobe by designing clothes that are not only polished and office-appropriate but also immaculately tailored in high-quality fabrics that enhance a woman’s beauty and femininity. Think Victoria Beckham without the 4-figure price tag. There’s a strong high-fashion presence in MM.Lafleur designs, thanks to head designer and Creative Director Miyako Nakamura, formerly the head designer at Zac Posen.
It was an amazing opportunity and experience to work with Miyako to design the Jenny dress and such a honor to have it named after me. She’s an amazing woman with a wealth of talent and experience and she’s part of an incredible team of people that I had the pleasure of meeting at their office and showroom when I was in New York.

And finally, here she is, meet “the Jenny” dress:
