I checked off a big event on my list last week – I gave a guest lecture in an Engineering class at UBC. I had so much fun doing it. The students were attentive, asked good questions, and laughed at my jokes. I was nervous just before starting but got right into it as soon as I started talking. It was a great experience and I hope to do it again. I spent the weekend rolling, skiing, then rolling some more. This foam roller was the best purchase I’ve made recently. It’s like getting a deep tissue massage at home. I’m wishing you a great week of productive work, quality time with family and friends, and quality rest!
