After a blissful long weekend away in BC’s wine region, I’m on the road again traveling between cities in the southern interior for work. The temperature has dropped pretty dramatically and the precipitation has gone from 0 to 100% with what seemed like the flip of a switch. I had to walk a block from my car to my meeting this morning and I got so soaked it literally looked like I’d just taken a shower! I had to laugh about it because I was actually thinking that I was having a good hair day right before I got soaked. While I bundle up to stay warm and dry, I’ll look at these photos and hope that the warm weather comes back for another hurrah.
I’m wearing a bikini from Triangl, a brand that I’m sure you’ve seen all over Instagram. They make bikinis out of neoprene, the same material that wet suits are made of. Triangl bikinis come in a lot of great bright neon colors, and even I picked black this time so I can mix and match I’m definitely going for a bright color next time. They arrived packaged in a cute and practical neoprene drawstring backpack and I was surprised when I first felt it because I’ve never felt a bikini made of a thick rubbery material before (feels better than it sounds!). It’s the most unique bikini I’ve ever seen and I think the designs are sexy and fun. Even Victoria’s Secret is copying Triangl’s signature piping style.
