I have literally been counting down the days until Damon and I go to Palm Springs for vacation. As in, I type in “days until…” to see how many days are left (23 days as of today). It still feels really far away but I’ve started to think about outfits. This halter shift dress from Tobi is a casual, loose-fitting halter dress that I can picture wearing over a bathing suit.
