Now that I’ve built a strong work wardrobe with many formal suiting pieces in traditional colors like black and grey I thought it’d be fun to add some pieces with eye-catching patterns and colors. I started out by adding a polka-dot skirt to my wardrobe, then I found this J. Crew paisley skirt, which is beautiful and unique with its intricate paisley pattern. It looks like it was delicately hand painted with watercolors. Since the skirt is so eye-catching I kept the rest of the outfit neutral and continued the navy theme with a navy top and a navy bag. I love my mom’s Tiffany purse and I think it’s a great size for petite women. The quality is amazing and it’s reversible with a suede side and a metallic side.
