It’s always great to visit Kerrisdale – it’s charming, pretty, and holds a lot of fond memories for me because I attended high school there for five years and lived there for a year during university. I finally had a chance to try the macarons at Faubourg (they’d closed early the last couple of times I tried to visit so the closest I got was standing at the door with a sad face), and it did not disappoint! My favourite macaron flavors at Faubourg were Lavender Earl Grey (Earl Grey is pretty much my favourite flavour in every scenario), Pistachio, and Raspberry Rose.
