Hi friends! I hope you’re having a great start to the week. I’ve been relaxing in Tofino with my boyfriend Damon’s family for an extended long weekend, and my cabin outfits have been different variations of sweatpants, sweatshirts, and graphic tees. On work days I can’t wait to go home so I can change into my loungewear. My weekday post-work routine when I get home and after I give my boyfriend a big hug and kiss is usually 1) wash hands; 2) change into comfy home clothes (typically sweatpants and a tshirt); 3) drink a soda. I should probably break the third habit.
I’m always on the lookout for nice loungewear because I want to maintain a level of consistency in the way I dress. Meaning, if I put effort into how I look at work, I shouldn’t go home and wear old, faded, clothes from whatever 10km run I did several years ago or my boyfriend’s old shirts. I want to look cute at home! I linked to several cute sweatpants below, like this under $50 pair and this pair. I’m also a huge fan of Roots sweatpants. I own several pairs and bought Damon his first pair last year. They’re pricier than the average sweatpants but super high quality (no pilling, etc.)
Next up, some President’s Day sales!

I feel like good lounge wear is a necessity when you live in an apartment. I mean, gotta look cute when you’re taking out the garbage and picking up mail. 😉

Yes! Absolutely Lisa! You totally get it. Taking out the garbage, picking up mail, and getting stuff from your car. Gotta look cute / not-homeless.
