I hope everyone had a restful weekend and is excited for the week ahead. I’m on a mission to get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep every night and I’m not there yet (except on weekends) but I’m getting a little better every day. If you’re getting through the day with coffee and sugar I recommend this great TED talk by Arianna Huffington on sleep, and the Glamour Sleep Challenge articles that she co-wrote. One scan through the comments showed me I’m not alone in my efforts. It’s actually really really hard to go to bed early. My friend Henry is my sleeping accountability partner and we report to each other every day on our sleeping ‘performance’. He’s getting an A+ (9:30am – 5:30am on most nights!) and has stellar performance in numerous areas of his life as a result. I think we are our best selves when we’re properly rested. Do you get 8 hours of sleep every night? What time do you go to bed and wake up every day? I’m very curious about your sleeping habits!

Love this outfit, and those glasses look great on you! During the week I usually sleep 6-6.5 hours a night, and closer to 7 on the weekend. Thanks for sharing the video… perhaps I’ll try to go to sleep a bit earlier tonight! (Although easier said than done for a night owl like me. :P)
