Burgundy is a very popular color in the fall and winter, but I think it looks great year-round and I’m loving it just as much right now. I was really excited to get my favorite suede J. Crew pumps in the “Cabernet” color recently. I wore it with my burgundy J. Crew Tippi sweater that is probably the most worn sweater in my wardrobe right now and a white pencil skirt to brighten up the outfit. I accessorized with my favorite accessories purchase of late – a statement pearl necklace (only $50).
I recently discovered an amazing new beauty product that I have to tell you about. It’s the YSL Volupté Tint-in-Oil, a moisturizing lip gloss with a slightest sheen that my lips just drink up. It feels great and smells great. I think it’s the perfect lipgloss for people like me who prefer a mix of lipstick and lipbalm and don’t want too much shine. You can get it at Sephora and Nordstrom.
