Classic Moleskine journal (with grid)

Watch this excellent video on a simple but efficient note-taking system and tell me what you think. I love making to-do lists but it’s a challenge to have a handwritten list that goes beyond a daily view so this is pretty genius. I already do some of things that bullet journal recommends, like putting a box next to an item to mark it as a to-do, so it shouldn’t be too much of a challenge to incorporate the rest. I wonder though how I can separate work tasks from personal tasks and from blog tasks. Three separate notebooks seem like overkill, but putting everything together doesn’t make sense either. Thoughts?

Recently I’ve been trying the time-boxing technique for productivity and I’ve been using a web app called racetodolist.com. Read more about it here. What do you do to make sure you are getting your priorities done?
