The MM.LaFleur Taylor Dress is an elegantly draped dress with a slim panel of fabric that sweeps from the shoulders and gathers in a knot at the waist. I love the slightly asymmetrical look and how flattering it is on the body. I wore this to Damon’s company party last Christmas, and I can attest that the strategic knot placement is great for eating a big dinner ;). Oh, and it’s not obvious, but this dress has pockets in the front! I had the dress hemmed about 2 inches.
I was doing my weekly browse of the J. Crew website and noticed that they have a similar drapey dress in a beautiful dark blue for $100 less.
I picked up this large sphere pendant necklace when I was looking for a statement (but not too statement) necklace. It’s been a very versatile piece and I wear it all the time with the Didion top (posted here) and sweater dresses.
I get a lot of compliments on my J.Crew coat. The exact one is not available anymore, but this one is similar and so is this one.
