When I wore this Flutter Sleeve dress from the Rachel Parcell line for the first time on a date night, Damon said it was his favorite date night dress of mine ever. What a compliment! I love that it’s fitted through the body but wide at the sleeves. I’m wearing XS and I had the sleeves hemmed by about an inch. The flutter sleeve dress just got restocked, so I wanted to post it today to show you what it looks like. I like it a lot.
