Fall Style :: Faux Leather Leggings + Bell Sleeve Sweater

I’m obsessed with my faux leather leggings and bell sleeve sweater. I’ve finally found clothing in those two styles that look and feel great.

My issue with a lot of faux leather leggings is that they’re paper thin and don’t look as appropriate, if that makes sense. I love that these high-waisted faux leather leggings have the thickness and substance of real leather. Since they’re high waisted they also have a control/supportive effect and tucks you in in the right places. I find them so flattering that I got them in both colors: burgundy and black. They’re a bit hard to put on the first couple of times but once they’re on they feel supportive and look smooth. I’ve tried the Spanx faux leather leggings as well and I think the Lysse ones are better AND they’re 40% off).
Finally, a bell-sleeve sweater that my arms don’t drown in. I love the subtle take on the bell-sleeve trend. Most bell sleeves are long and huge (or way too frilly) and fall down well past my hands, but these are slightly cropped and look great. They’re 70% extra fine merino and 30% cashmere so they’re warm AND soft. I want it in all three colors.
