I went for a stroll in a park in Jilin and the weather was perfect for wearing two of my newest fall items: my Tory Burch riding boots and my reversible Roots sweater (you’ll see the other side soon). Leaves were on the ground, children were riding bikes on the cars-free road, and a vendor was selling bing tang hulu and puffed cornmeal sticks, two of my favourite childhood snacks. Some of the foods I love the most are the ones I loved as a child. It doesn’t matter how much time passes, my tastebuds don’t seem to change.
I came back to Vancouver on Sunday and went back to work immediately on Monday. I had the most memorable time in China and can’t wait to share photos from my travels. I’m already dreaming of my next trip there.
I was wearing:
ROOTS Snowy Fox Pullover (reversible) – I’m loving the men’s version as well // BANANA REPUBLIC Sloan Fit Slim Ankle pants – available online in US & Canada // TORY BURCH riding boots – shop similar version for $69.99 // FENDI 2jours tote (also available here) // PRADA cat eye sunglasses // CHANEL Rouge Coco Shine in Antigone
