Hi everyone! I’ve had Stuart Weitzman Highland OTK boots on my wishlist for a while. I’m sure you’ve seem them all over Instagram. They’re suede, high-heeled, slimming, thigh-high and cost an arm and a leg. I’ve purchased and tried several under $200 versions of those boots in the past, but I didn’t find any I liked. When I saw the Goodnight Macaroon ‘Carina’ OTK boots online , I was hesitant to try them because they look pretty tight and I have what I consider pretty ‘athletic’ calves. They had a flash sale one day that motivated me to take the plunge and order them.
First of all, they deliver for free worldwide. I received them very quickly in Vancouver and wasn’t charged any duty. I was very pleased about that. I could immediately see that the suede was high quality. The photos online are a good representation of what they’re actually like, and you can see the quality in my photos as well. They’re kind of like a wet suit material on the inside which actually makes them easy to take on and off. I was so pleased with how they fit. They were snug but not tight. I’ll take photos with them outside jeans or tights next time.
They’re on sale for $99 USD / $130 CAD and come in grey (the color I’m wearing), black, and tan. The wedge heel is very comfortable and looks great. The heel on them looks very similar to the Stuart Weitzman Thighland boots, but at about a tenth of the cost. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for affordable OTK boots.
