I’ve always loved trench coats. They’re so classic, versatile, and British. This trench dress, then, is the most cleverly designed item of clothing ever. It has all the main components of a trench coat – the buttons, pockets, and waist-cinching belt – but leaves the sleeves out so it can be worn sleeveless or mixed and matched in endless ways. And they didn’t end there – the leather piping along the pockets is the cherry on top.
