I found an amazing top for work that goes really well over pencil skirts and pants. This MM.Lafleur Didion top, which is lined on the inside, has stylish darts and an angled hemlines that look great over a structured pencil skirt. I have shirts that look good tucked into pencil skirts but don’t look as good untucked, so I’m very happy to add this to my workwear wardrobe. It’s also super comfortable and has a slimming effect. It comes in the black, which I’m wearing, and stripe, ink wash, a special edition print, and a light airy fabric. See more of my 9 to 5 looks here.
In moving news, we are in our new place, and we just got internet! We stayed in a short term rental before moving in to our new place and we didn’t have internet for 5 days. It’s quite surprising how much I rely on it. I was so excited to open my laptop and get on the internet to publish this post. There’s still work to be done at our place and deficiencies to be fixed, and we don’t any furniture yet, but we couldn’t be happier. We love our place and I can’t wait to share with you photos, our renovation experience, decor, and more.
